Sales Executive/Business Development Consultant 

Are you an experienced Sales Executive looking for your next career move? Are you interested in working with some of the most innovative and exciting hospitality brands in the UK such as Brewdog, The Ivy Collection, Côte, Dishoom, Nando’s and many other restaurants, hotels, pubs and bars? If so, then Food Alert could be the ideal next step in your career.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our small business development team, based in our London office. You will research and source leads, identify new opportunities and set up meetings in order to sell Food Alert products and services, including our eLearning, software, and consultancy services. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from small restaurants and cafes through to large high street chains, pub groups, hotels and venues.

Ideally you will have some sales experience developed in a hospitality or technology setting, but more importantly we are looking for someone with instinctive sales skills who is a confident and natural communicator, with the ability to quickly follow up on leads and opportunities.  You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with and influence key stakeholders. Some understanding of the hospitality and food safety sector would be useful, but we will provide comprehensive training on our services, products and client portfolio so that you are able to provide clients and potential clients with solutions in a consultative and informative manner.

Senior Planner 

Are you an experienced Planner with a proven track record in managing complex and multi-site clients? Are you interested in working with some of the most innovative and exciting hospitality brands in the UK such as Brewdog, The Ivy Collection, Côte, Dishoom, Nando’s and many other restaurants, hotels, pubs and bars? If so, then Food Alert could be the ideal next step in your career.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Planner to join our core business team, based in our London office. While we believe that you can’t beat an office environment for collaborative working, we are also open to remote working applications from around the UK.

You will work closely with our Planning Manager in managing a range of clients, from complex group clients through to smaller single sites. You will ensure that audit rounds are scheduled in line with service delivery requirements, managing the diaries of your allocated consultants to achieve maximum utilisation, always ensuring that work is carried out in the most efficient and cost-effective ways. You will be a real details person, and will get a buzz out of solving problems and finding solutions for our clients. We are looking for someone who sees planning as their career, not as a stepping stone, and who cares passionately about business improvements and efficiencies. You will have an excellent track record in planning and customer service, and the confidence to build strong relationships across the business and with our highly valued clients.
