Senior Consultant

Are you an experienced food safety and health & safety professional looking to progress your career? Would you like to work with some of the most innovative and exciting brands in the UK, such as Brewdog, Nando’s, Byron, Fuller’s, Five Guys and many other restaurants, hotels, pubs and bars? We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team of consultants providing advice, support, training and guidance to our wide range of clients in order to help them achieve the highest standards in food safety and health & safety.

About You

You will have either a proven track record in a consultancy role or senior experience in a food safety role with the aptitude to be an excellent consultant for Food Alert. You will have relevant qualifications and experience (e.g. BSc/MSc Environmental Health or industry experience plus professional qualifications).

This role involves the delivery of audit and consultancy on behalf of our diverse list of clients and also acting as Account Manager for a number of clients (mainly individual restaurants/hotels and small groups), therefore you will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be conscientious and consistent, and will have a strong technical knowledge.

Graduate Consultant

Are you looking to start your environmental health career working with some of the most innovative and exciting restaurant brands in the UK? We are currently recruiting for our graduate development program in time for our late summer intake and would like to hear from you if you are willing to learn quickly, work hard and help our client base achieve the highest of food safety and health and safety standards.

At Food Alert, we do not believe in standing still and offer the most concise digital safety solutions amongst more traditional methods of compliance. We are actively taking steps to ensure that our clients are achieving compliance through our online FACT platform and a key responsibility of the graduate role is in helping clients get online and become as paperless as possible.

Our graduate program is tried and tested and we are proud of the team that we have developed over recent years. We actively promote our graduates to work across our client base, from low to high risk and regularly review progress, providing mentoring and coaching throughout the program.
