All referrers who submit a valid referral will be included in our referral programme. The incentive for this programme is a flat reward of £250 in Giftpay vouchers for the referrer, subject to the General Food Alert referral programme’s terms and conditions.
Qualifying Referral
A referral will qualify for the referral reward only where the referred client purchases the Company's Compliance Package.
Minimum Contract Value
The referred client's agreement must have a minimum Annual Contract Value (ACV) of £2,500 (excluding VAT) to qualify for the referral reward.
Contract Term
Eligibility for the referral reward is based solely on the minimum Annual Contract Value. The length or duration of the client's contract does not affect eligibility, provided the minimum ACV requirement of £2,500 is met.
General Food Alert Referral Programme Terms and Conditions
1. The Food Alert referral programme is open to existing, previous and non-Food Alert clients
2. To make a valid referral, you must complete the web form at: https://www.foodalert.com/referral
3. Referrals will only be eligible if the referred company is not already in conversation with Food Alert via any other channel
4. There is only one reward for each referred company/organisation referred. Food Alert will notify the referrer if the referred company/organisation has previously been referred
5. If a referred company is sent by multiple referrers, whichever referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the referrer
6. Referrals will be deemed as ineligible if an existing client refers their own company or a franchisee
7. To constitute a successful referral, the referred business must sign an agreement for a contracted service with a minimum 12-month term.
8. There is no limit to the number of businesses a referrer can refer
9. The Referrer may be named in communication between Food Alert and the referred business
10. The Giftpay voucher will only be issued for valid referrals
11. The Giftpay voucher will be issued within 90 days of the contract being signed
12. There is no cash alternative, and Food Alert reserves the right to withdraw or alter the referral programme, change the value of the voucher or replace the voucher with an alternative, subject to availability
13. The Food Alert referral programme is available to UK residents only
14. In the event of any disputes regarding any referred company/organisation, the decision of Food Alert is final
15. Any rewards from this programme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind
16. In the event of a referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to enquiries@foodalert.com within 90 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a referral fee

18. Referral leads must close within 12 months of the submission date. Referrals which do not become clients within this date will not be eligible for a referral fee.
