Important: Please ensure all photos are of decent quality and clearly show the improvements made. Food Alert reserves the right to refuse merchants if evidence is not sufficient to demonstrate adequate improvements.

Important information

Upon purchase, you will be asked to attach additional business details (including EHO inspection report and a copy of an action plan to address key areas of concern). We will review these details and provide additional guidance as required.

Deliveroo requires merchants to complete this process within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for an exception.

How do I locate my FSA ID?

I have rerating before consultation has been completed, can I be approved without going through the process?

Provided you have proof of the outcome of your council re-inspection and have scored a 2 or above in the re-inspection, there is no need to complete the consultation. Please contact Deliveroo via Hub to speak to one of the support team or contact your account manager about this (insert Food Alert response re if a refund would be given?)

I've exceeded the deadline date, can I still proceed with the assurance process?

If you have missed the deadline to sign up or to submit your evidence of improvement, you may still continue with the assurance process but please note that your account will be suspended until you have successfully completed the assurance process.
