Hotelympia is the UK’s biggest and brightest foodservice and hospitality event. This year is all about reinvention. The revitalised event will unite the very best of food and drink, catering equipment, décor and design, tabletop and technology plus Salon Cultinaire under one roof.

This year, Hotelympia will take place on the 28th April to the 1st May at London’s Excel. The theme this year is innovation; in services and products in the hospitality industry. The Stage: Main Acts

  • Tom Aikens, of Tom’s Kitchen Restaurants in Chelsea, Canary Wharf and Somerset House and our client, will be gracing the Hotelympia ‘Hub’ in a panel discussion with survey results on What is FoodPorn doing for the hospitality industry? : The Social Making or Breaking of the Food Industry. With Tom, will be other industry influencers including; with Karen Fewell (Digital Blonde), Ed Butcher (Square Meal), Daniel Doherty (Duck & Waffle) Jonathan Doughty (FCSI and Coverpoint Food) plus Claire Wilson (Le Manior). This will take place on Tuesday 29th April at 14:30 at the HOSPACE Hub.
  • Tom Kerridge, Chef Patron of Hand & Flowers, will be discussing his success trajectory and future ambitions on the main stage on Tuesday 29th April at 11:00.
  • Sir Terence Conran ;English designer, restaurateur, retailer and writer, will be collecting a prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award recognising his success and influence on the London restaurant and hotel scene during more than five decades.

Hotel Design Awards: Celebrating our client’s success

This year, the three finalists of Hotelympia’s Design Award are our clients: ME London Hotel; designed by Foster+Partners, The London EDITION; designed by Yabu Pushelberg & Ian Schrager and Great Northern Hotel; designed by Archer Humphryes Architects.

The award celebrates modern design that reflects opulence and innovation. The three finalists will be featured on the wall display by the Design Stage. A champagne reception at the Award Ceremony is also expected on Monday 28th April at 15:30 where the panel of expert and award winning judges will make their final nomination to crown the winner of 2014.

Health and Safety Partnership

Health and Safety Partnership is part of the Food Alert group. Better known as hands partnership; we provide health and safety services and training specifically for hotels and the leisure industry.
