Ideal Business Accommodation & London’s First Super Yacht Hotel
A month from today the capital’s first ever super yacht hotel will open its decks to the public. The Sunborn London is currently docked at the Thames estuary after travelling from Holland last week. Tugged by tow-boats up the river from Tilbury, under the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge in Dartfrod, the yacht floated to a temporary berth where it underwent a full refurbishment. Since Monday it has been undergoing a soft launch, having resided in its permanent position in the Royal Victoria docks, next to ExCeL London.
The 108 metre vessel offers 136 bedrooms and suites over five floors will be operated by ISS Facility Services. Among the facilities on offer will be entertaining space, a fine dining restaurant, bar, auditorium and conference rooms, state of the art gym and vast outside decks and private terraces.
The Sunborn London will cater to business and leisure guests, although with its prime location in close proximity to Excel, London City Airport and Canary Warf, as well as its sparkling new Business Centre, it is likely to be an attractive option for mainly corporate clients.
